Pegah Samaie Atelier Art Classes Registration Policies

Tuition
Classes meet for 2 hours once a week. I offer different class packages — please contact me for details about payment options. Tuition is due at the time of registration and may be paid by credit card, PayPal, cash, Venmo, or Zelle.

Missed Classes & Makeup
If a student is unable to attend a scheduled class, they will have the opportunity to make up the class by attending another session similar to the one they are currently enrolled in. Please note the following conditions for makeup classes:

To arrange a makeup class, please contact me at least 24 hours before the missed class.
Makeup classes are available only for students who are currently enrolled and actively attending classes.
Missed classes will not be refunded or carried over to future months. Each student is entitled to one makeup class per 30-day period.
While we strive to maintain small class sizes for an optimal learning environment, space in regularly scheduled classes is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Class Cancellation Policy
If you plan to stop attending or cancel your classes, please provide at least one month’s notice.
Missing 2 consecutive weeks of classes will result in your spot being offered to a new student.
