Pegah Samaie Atelier Art Classes Registration Policies

Tuition
Classes meet for 2 hours once a week. I offer various class packages—please contact me for details and payment options. Tuition is due at the time of registration and may be paid via credit card, PayPal, cash, Venmo, or Zelle.
Missed Classes & Makeup
If a student is unable to attend a scheduled class, they may make up the session by attending another class of the same type. Please note:

Makeup classes must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Makeup sessions are available only to students who are currently enrolled and actively attending.
Missed classes are nonrefundable and cannot be carried over to future sessions.
Each student is entitled to one makeup class per 30-day period.
Makeup classes are subject to availability in other sessions; space is not guaranteed.
Students are encouraged to notify the instructor as early as possible to secure a makeup session.
Consistent attendance is important for progress; repeated absences may affect the continuity of learning and prioritization for makeup classes.

Class Cancellation Policy

If you plan to stop attending or cancel your classes, please provide at least one month’s notice.
Refunds are not provided for partially attended class packages.
